We are always looking for open doors to new evangelism opportunities. Steve will be starting to do church services at a Senior Center and also in a Mens shelter. It is also a blessing to be an advisor to the InterVarsity group of kids at Blackhawk college in Moline, IL
Connie is doing gospel messages at a couple of before and after school venues here in Iowa. We are thankful to be in the public schools to do this. She will be also doing messages at a womens conference in December.
We are primarily doing local outreaches to proclaim the gospel to the lost. But we also partner with other churches and ministries around the country and the world.
Local(Our Jerusalem). In addition to regular daily interaction and gospel tract distribution....
- This summer we are planning on doing 6 booth outreaches at the MainStreet festivals in downtown East Moline. They also only charged us $100 for a month of billboard time to promote our ministry or church.
- Will be at the Coal Valley Parade and the 4th of July events.
- Regular outreaches at local colleges (Blackhawk, Augustana) and High Schools.
- Monthly gospel messages at Mens Shelters (Christian Care)
- Local AWANA messages
- 180 Kids clubs in public schools messages
- Regular street ministry in LeClaire, Iowa
Regional/Country(Our Judea and Samaria)
- Regular outreaches with evangelists to the campus of the University of Iowa.
- Tulip Time festival in Pella Iowa. Will partner with a church in Pella leading teams out to hand out tracts and share the gospel with the people there.
- Planned Parenthood outreach in Iowa City. Pleading with the women(and guys) showing up to not murder their baby.
- Colorado partnering with Mesa Hills Bible church at the Hot Air Balloon Festival and Territory days over Memorial Day and Labor Day.
- Florida. Partnering with Lakeview Church in Tarpon Springs going door to door sharing the gospel.
- Partnering with ministries in Iowa to take the gospel to the 10 biggest towns in the state
- Working with Hearts for the Lost ministry around the country to train and take teams from churches to the street to share the gospel.
International(to the ends of the earth)
- We are planning to join a branch of our mission organization in Lima, Peru this fall. Their church does many outreaches to the schools, the marketplaces and public squares in town. We will also join with many ministries in town that go into very impoverished areas to proclaim the gospel.
